From October 29 to November 1, we invite you to indulge in the extraordinary talents of five world-renowned chefs, including four Michelin-starred Chefs, Simon Pacary, Julien Diaz, Jean-François Bérard, and Yusuke Goto.
Enjoy three exquisite sit-down dinners and have the opportunity to learn directly from Chef Richard Bagnol in daily cooking classes, each followed by a delightful sit down lunch with Chef Bagnol himself.
The “Chefs at the Castle” event is not only a celebration of culinary excellence but also a meaningful initiative, with proceeds supporting the Fairmont Chateau Laurier’s first-ever culinary school bursary, the “Chefs at the Castle” Excellence Award.
