The menu celebrates summer at its peak with fresh, vibrant dishes designed for sharing. Expect refreshing plates like the Watermelon Mint Salad and Sesame Crusted Seared Tuna, alongside artisanal pinsas—a Roman-style flatbread that quickly becomes the centrepiece of the table. The Harvest Pesto highlights fresh local ingredients, while Chef Robert’s daily pinsa feature brings something new to discover with every visit.

Created in partnership with Aperol Spritz, Émilie’s embraces a timeless, sun-soaked sensibility. Refreshing pours like the Grand Spritz and Sunset Highball share the spotlight with hand-shaken favourites including a classic Piña Colada and Golden Cadillac Margarita.
