How much does it cost to host a wedding at your hotel?
Each of our ballrooms have a minimum food and beverage requirement and rental fee that you would need to reach. The overall cost depends on your selections for food and beverages.

Can we have the ceremony at the hotel as well?
Yes, the ceremony can take place at the hotel if the reception is here as well.

Can we have the ceremony and dinner in the same room?
For ease of process and for your guests’ enjoyment, we do require that you have two separate rooms.

At what time can we have access to the room for set-up?
The hotel reserves the right to host events in the same space the morning of the wedding. Generally, the standard time for setup is noon the day of the wedding however, closer to the date of your wedding, if the room is available earlier we may be able to accommodate an earlier set-up time.

When is closing time?
All events must end at 1a.m.

Can we bring our own food and wine?
Due to licensing requirements and quality control issues, all food and beverage must be supplied and prepared by the hotel, with the exception of your wedding cake. If you would like to serve wine that is not on our list, please let us know, and if we can purchase it through the LCBO. It would be our pleasure to order it for you.

Do you provide any decorations?
Our ballrooms are beautifully decorated. We do provide you with our floor length white linens, white napkins, place settings, tables, banquet chairs, glass wear, table numbers and stands, easel and votive candles on the tables. We also provide you with a podium and microphone, DJ tables, standard dance floor and any staging requirements.

Are candles permitted?
Candles are permitted as long as the flame is 1 inch below the top of a glass (or other) container.

Do you have chair covers?
We do not provide chair covers, but we will gladly recommend some linen suppliers.

Can we use our own suppliers?
Absolutely! They will be in charge of all the set-up and tear down of their supplies. We also have a list of vendors that we would be happy to provide you with.

What is your deposit policy and is it refundable if we cancel?
A deposit schedule is given with the contract and dependent on a percentage of your minimum and rental. All deposits are non-refundable. There is a third payment due 4 months before the wedding and the full prepayment is due no later than two weeks before your wedding. The payment schedule will be included in the contract.

Can we customize our own menu?
Absolutely, we will gladly work with you on creating the perfect menu.

Children’s Meal
Guests may choose children’s menus for those under twelve years old, consisting of three-courses and cost $45 per child.

Can we bring in our own wedding cake?
Because a wedding cake is so specific, it is the one food item that we will allow you to bring to the hotel, as long as it does not replace the dessert course of the evening. The cake cutting fee is including in the wedding package. There is a $100.00 flat fee if you select à la carte.

Do out-of-town guests get a discounted rate?
We do offer a discounted rate from our regular rates. We make forecast projections a year out and always ensure our wedding guests enjoy as much flexibility as possible. Reservations may be cancelled 48h prior to arrival. We certainly encourage guests to book the rate most suited for them in case they find a better fully pre-paid, non-refundable rate through third party websites.

If we have a bedroom here for our wedding night, can we take pictures in the hotel?
You may take photos in your room, but for the other areas of the hotel, taking wedding pictures is now reserved for the guests holding their wedding reception at the hotel.

Once booked, what are our next steps?
You will be given a special link to share with your guests to book their own rooms. Our manager or director will be in touch about 3 months before the wedding to begin finalizing the wedding with details, food, beverages, floor plans, and any questions.

How should you pay?
A payment schedule will be outlined in the contract.

Who should you contact for a tour or for any question?
Please reach out to our Catering Coordinator, [email protected], to book an appointment for a tour. Tours are subjects of space and manager availability from Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM.
