Our Wedding Packages

Minimum Guarantee: 75 guests

Grand Wedding Package Features:

  • Passed assorted canapés and hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour (four (4) pieces per person)
  • Host bar package available (0ne hour reception with non-alcoholic fruit punch and four hours post-dinner)
  • Domestic house wine with dinner (based on a half bottle per person)
  • Freshly brewed regular and decaffeinated coffee and tea
  • A selection of elegant, artistic and sumptuous menus to please your palate
  • Late night treats

For Spouses-to-Be:

  • One-night complimentary accommodation for the couple (minimum 75 guests)
  • Complimentary breakfast for the couple the morning after the wedding
  • Complimentary parking for the couple on the night of the wedding

For Wedding Guests:

  • Discounted guest room rates for out-of-town guests (some restrictions apply)

Venue Features:

  • Lavish French Renaissance inspired ballrooms

How much does it cost to host a wedding at your hotel?
Each of our elegant ballrooms is associated with a minimum food and beverage requirement, in addition to a room rental fee. The overall investment will depend on your guest count, selected menu, beverage offerings, and enhancements. Our team would be delighted to tailor a proposal that reflects your vision.

Can we have the ceremony at the hotel as well?
Yes, we are delighted to host both your ceremony and reception, ensuring a seamless and elegant experience for you and your guests. However, To ensure a refined flow of events and the utmost comfort for your guests, we require that the ceremony and reception be held in separate spaces.

Can we have the ceremony and dinner in the same room?
For ease of process and for your guests’ enjoyment, we do require that you have two separate rooms.

At what time can we have access to the room for set-up?
Standard access begins at 12:00 p.m. on the day of your wedding. Earlier access may be accommodated based on availability.

Is there a set end time for wedding celebrations?
All wedding celebrations must conclude at 1:00 a.m.

Do you allow outside food or beverages?
In accordance with licensing regulations and to uphold our culinary standards, all food and beverage must be prepared and provided by the hotel, with the exception of your wedding cake. Should you wish to offer a wine not featured on our list, we would be pleased to explore sourcing it through the LCBO on your behalf.

What decor and furnishings are included?
Our ballrooms offer a timeless setting and include floor-length linens, napkins, tables, banquet chairs, glassware, place settings, votive candles, a podium and microphone, DJ table, dance floor, and basic staging. Please note: candles are welcome provided the flame remains at least one inch below the rim of a glass or enclosed container. More information is available in our wedding packages.

Are candles permitted?
Candles are permitted as long as the flame is 1 inch below the top of a glass (or other) container.

Do you have chair covers?
We do not provide chair covers, but we will gladly recommend some linen suppliers.

Can we use our own suppliers/vendors?
Certainly. You are welcome to engage your vendors, who will be responsible for the delivery, set-up, and removal of their items. We would also be happy to share our curated list of preferred vendors.

What is your deposit, payment policy and is it refundable if we cancel?
A detailed payment schedule will be outlined in your contract and is based on your minimum commitment and rental fee. All deposits are non-refundable. A subsequent payment is due four months prior to your wedding, with full prepayment required no later than two weeks before your event. Accepted methods of payment will also be specified within your contract.

Can we customize our own menu?
Absolutely. Our culinary team would be delighted to collaborate with you to design a bespoke menu that reflects your tastes and preferences.

Do you offer children’s meals?
Yes, a specially curated three-course children’s menu is available for guests under 12 years of age, at $45 per child.

Can we bring in our own wedding cake?
Because a wedding cake is so specific, it is the one food item that we will allow you to bring to the hotel, as long as it does not replace the dessert course of the evening. The cake cutting fee is included in the wedding package. There is a $100 flat fee if you select à la carte.

Do you offer preferred rates for guest accommodations?
We are pleased to offer preferred rates for your wedding guests, with flexible booking options available.

May we take wedding photos in the hotel?
Wedding photography is welcome within your guest room. Access to additional areas of the hotel is reserved for couples hosting their wedding celebration on-site.

Once booked, what are our next steps?
Following confirmation, you will receive a dedicated booking link for guest accommodations. Your event manager will connect with you approximately three months prior to your wedding to finalize all details.
